Century Support Services Under Investigation for Data Breach of Over 160,000 Customer Records
Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP is investigating a data breach that led to unauthorized access of the sensitive information of 160,759 Century Support Services customers. Next Level Finance Partners, LLC, which does business as Century Support Services is a Pennsylvania-based debt settlement company.
On November 7, 2024, Century Support Services discovered that an unauthorized party gained access to its computer systems.
Although the breach occurred in November 2024, Century Support Services did not begin notifying affected individuals until on or around June 27, 2025, which may have violated state and federal laws. The following information may have been compromised in the breach: names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license and/or state identification numbers, medical information, health insurance information, passport numbers, financial account information, and digital signatures.
