London Properties, Inc. Under Investigation for Data Breach of Customer Records

Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP is investigating a data breach that led to unauthorized access to customer information held by London Properties, Inc., a California-based real estate company.  

As of August 29, 2024, London Properties, Inc. identified unauthorized access to its data server storing accounting information provided by its current and former staff, vendors, real estate agents, and other brokers.

Although the breach occurred in August 2024, London Properties, Inc. did not begin notifying affected individuals until on or around May 30, 2025, which may have violated state and federal laws. The following information may have been compromised in the breach: names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and/or banking information. 

If your personal information was impacted by this incident, you may be at risk of identity theft and other serious violations of your privacy. As a result, you may be entitled to money damages and an injunction requiring changes to London Properties, Inc.’s cybersecurity practices.
